Shasha Yang

Ms Shasha Yang is the founder of International Etiquette Academy of Australia, which offers international etiquette training, finishing school courses based on Swiss, English and French principles, multi-cultural business etiquette programme with a special focus on Chinese business etiquette and International Youth Etiquette, stimulating etiquette sessions for children and teens.

Ms Shasha Yang is a licensed business etiquette trainer from The Emily Post Institute and holds an International Etiquette Trainer Certification from Minding Manners UK, an exclusive traditional finishing school in London, trusted by European Aristocracy and Royal Families from around the world. She also holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce from University of New South Wales, and a diploma in Image Consulting from Fashion Institute of New York.

Having worked in several senior management positions and executive roles at some world renowned finance institutions, such as Standard Chartered Bank and HSBC Australia, combining with her multi-lingual in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, Shasha has developed an extensive network of personal and corporate connections. Her commercial knowledge and the global living experience has enables her to bridge the cultural and corporate gaps that exist across Australian and Chinese borders.

Shasha has recently been invited as a Judge at Miss Australia Chinese Pageant 2017. She is also well experienced in organising and hosting events as a Master of Ceremonies, including investment road shows, cross-cultural functions, red carpet event and charity balls.
